Our Story

Owners Buddy & Jen Foy love food and wine, travel and entertaining guests. Their goal is for you to leave full and feel like you were a guest in their home. 

Our food is French-inspired with Italian portions.  Jen is (first generation) Italian, Buddy French & Irish; which they believe is the perfect combination for entertaining around food and wine!  We ask you to simply enjoy each others company and The Chateau experience!

As seen on the Food Network, the TV series Summer Rush. Our first restaurant, The Chateau on the lake sits on lakefront property on beautiful Lake George, in Bolton Landing NY. Serving seafood, organic meats & lamb. The restored 1800’s private home now serves as 1 of the Top 100 Restaurants in America (two-time awarded) and has since become and a romantic Inn on floor 2. 

Our second location on Anna Maria Island is an interpretation of our brand with a southern twist. Please come visit us at each location as each one has a unique experience!
